7. ¾ teaspoon smoked paprika, and additional for seasoning to taste

Step by step instructions

1. The first thing you are to do is to remove the steak from thr refrigerator and allow it come to room temperature. This should only take about 30 minutes.

2. Now rub steak with just 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil and season generously with 1 ½ teaspoon salt,  as well as ¾ teaspoon paprika and 1 teaspoon of pepper.

8. Crack the eggs  into pan and cook for nothing less than 3 to 4 minutes, or better still until you notice that the white is set and the edges are starting to turn brown.

9. Carefully remove from pan and season generously with salt and pepper.

10. Slice steak into 1 inch strips on a bias, against the grain.

Serve steak with eggs and some potatoes to increase the amount of nutrients. You can as well garnish with some herbs and season with more paprika, pepper and salt to taste.
